What is collected

If you create an account, the following is stored: your email address and birth date. If you optionally provide a birth time and birth city, those are stored as well. This information is used solely to determine your sun sign and rising sign for personalized readings.

How it is used

Your birth details are used to generate weekly readings tailored to your placements. Your email is used only to send magic login links and weekly readings you have opted into. Nothing else.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics to understand general traffic patterns. This collects anonymous, aggregated data — page views and visit counts. No personal information is collected through analytics.

Local storage

Your selected sun sign is saved in your browser's local storage so the site can remember it between visits. This data stays on your device and is never sent to any server.

Data sharing

Your data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. Your information exists in a secure database and is accessed only to deliver the service you signed up for.

Deleting your data

To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@fromtheascendant.com and the request will be fulfilled promptly.
